Ordered a replacement above ground liner in mid-May and told it should be installed by the first week in June. No one calls the first week in June so we call at the end of the week and they say it will be done early next week, definitely by the end of next week. All of the second week in June goes by and no one calls so we call at the beginning of the third week and they say it will be done this week. Two guys show up today (Friday, 6/19) in the morning and take the old liner out and then disappear. Get a call after lunch that the guys won't be able to make it back and they'll finish the job on Monday (6/23). The guys that were there in the morning have left pieces of the old liner on my lawn. Not sure what is going on here, but feeling pretty disappointed in customer service.

I had an inground pool installed, contract signed 4/6/15, but not started until 6/25/15. Very slow with work, no one calls to give you an update. They come when they want and leave when they want. Concrete deck installed by [redacted] pool and deck, horrifying job one week after concrete was poured. [redacted] comes out and patches it up with puddy leaving it much worse, guess what, Poolman pools doesn't do a thing to fix the problem. Now I have a brand new pool with a 5 yr old deck and the person I hired left me soaked and wet!
