Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I *** [redacted] would like to inform you on the upsetting situation with MrEarly at Early's Cycle CenterThe first circumstance is I own a business myself and by no means do we talk to our clients in such a manner as MrEarly did to us that dayAlso from my reading of the copy of MrEarly's letter, he has failed to inform or acknowledge the fact that he did proceed to cuss me out in a very disrespectful manner and did not seem care about ¡t at allSecondly yes he did try to save me money on fixing the part the way he seen fit for $dollars, but failed to inform me of a second option of buying a brand new carburetor which would only been another $dollars, but his service manager told me he could fix it for the first one without even giving the second option which MrEarly agreed with him that, if given a second option it would have been my choice what to do on the bike not his which would avoided this situation if I had been properly informed whichIn another words you can buy a whole new carburetor for $dollars or try to fix a old one for $dollars which I was not informed of this optionI was just told they could fix the carburetor for the price $dollars approximatelyAlso another failed report of MrEarly is him stating that "he has not heard back from me so the job must been satisfactory," this is partially true I haven't talked to Mr Early since the situation, but not from a satisfactory job, because MrEarly informed me upon the date of our discussion that he did not want me to call him or come back on his property because he did not want to receive our business, so I politely obliged him as he requestedSo after so many fails by MrEarly to inform you on further information that he enclosed to you it should be clear to see that as a man in the business industry for years myself, I did not curse, raise my voice, or conduct myself in any manner that was inappropriate, except to adamantly express that I had been misled so I find it very hard to believe that in the manner I acted in his establishment I have been his worst customer in his years of the business it seems to be very absurdStill to this date the bike is not in operationAgain I asked MrEarly if his work that he performed was only good from the shop to the road and he stated "YES." I appreciate anything you can and are doing on this situation Regards, *** [redacted]

This message is in regards to the letter received July 25th at Early's Cycle Center.  As per the complaint that we failed to follow up, when I was speaking with you on the phone I did verbally tell you everything that had happened on this occasion.  When speaking with Mr. [redacted], I...

felt he was a customer who had his own opinion as to what he wanted and would not listen to reason.  He was one of the worst customers I have experienced in my 53 years of being in business.  Please know that this has been corrected.  We did indeed work on and hopefully fix on the second try his motorcycle at no charge.  Saving him the purchase (to the tune of) a new 350.00 dollar carburetor.  As of today I have yet to hear back from Mr. [redacted] so I assumed the last repair was satisfactory.
Regards,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I [redacted] would like to inform you on the upsetting situation with Mr. Early at
Early's Cycle Center. The first circumstance is I own a business myself and by no means do we
talk to our clients in such a manner as Mr. Early did to us that day. Also from my reading of the
copy of Mr. Early's letter, he has failed to inform or acknowledge the fact that he did proceed
to cuss me out in a very disrespectful manner and did not seem care about ¡t at all. Secondly
yes he did try to save me money on fixing the part the way he seen fit for $166 dollars, but
failed to inform me of a second option of buying a brand new carburetor which would only
been another $150 dollars, but his service manager told me he could fix it for the first one
without even giving the second option which Mr. Early agreed with him that, if given a second
option it would have been my choice what to do on the bike not his which would avoided this
situation if I had been properly informed which. In another words you can buy a whole new
carburetor for $300 dollars or try to fix a old one for $166 dollars which I was not informed of
this option. I was just told they could fix the carburetor for the price $150 dollars
approximately. Also another failed report of Mr. Early is him stating that "he has not heard
back from me so the job must been satisfactory," this is partially true I haven't talked to Mr.
Early since the situation, but not from a satisfactory job, because Mr. Early informed me upon
the date of our discussion that he did not want me to call him or come back on his property
because he did not want to receive our business, so I politely obliged him as he requested. So
after so many fails by Mr. Early to inform you on further information that he enclosed to you it
should be clear to see that as a man in the business industry for 35 years myself, I did not curse,
raise my voice, or conduct myself in any manner that was inappropriate, except to adamantly
express that I had been misled so I find it very hard to believe that in the manner I acted in his
establishment I have been his worst customer in his 53 years of the business it seems to be very
absurd. Still to this date the bike is not in operation. Again I asked Mr. Early if his work that he
performed was only good from the shop to the road and he stated "YES." I appreciate anything
you can and are doing on this situation.
Regards,
[redacted]
