Pools & Cues & Spas, Too

Complaint[redacted] has not completed repair to a hot tub. He has it torn apart, has not come back, and doe not return calls.[redacted] has come to my home to repair a Waters Edge hot tub. He has it torn apart, and attempted to seal a leak, and instructed me to fill it. The leak persists, and he has not come back, nor returned my calls. It is now getting colder, and damage from the cold will result. I have called the Pools & Cues & Spas too , which is the business he works for. They have told me they are having trouble with him, and not until this morning, when I asked, did they refer me to another repair service. I have not received a bill , and I am certain that because it is not running now, damage will occur that will result in more unnecessary costs. I have contacted another service company, but they are unable to come until Nov 4. The pools & Cues store act like they have never heard my complaint. I have called them directly at least 4 times, and they have never gotten back to me as well. All they say is that they are aware they are having problems with [redacted]. Desired SettlementIf there is damage from the cold, I believe they need to cover these costs since their [redacted] has taken the wood off the tub, left exposed pipes, and has not resolved the problem. By the way, this has been going on for at least 6 weeks. Very poor service and business practice!!!Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]It was a multiple leak situation and my tech had a baby at the beginning of the job which delayed it a week. my tech initially went down because there was no heat, he fixed that issue and then filled it and it was leaking. [redacted]'s hot tub has only one side of the hot tub that is accessible to open up (the three other sides were not designed to come off, which makes finding a leak VERY VERY difficult) But the tech had to dismantle part of their cabinet no matter what to find the leak and did so carefully so they could be put back on. Almost immediately after filling it back up water was pouring rapidly from a cracked manifold. he checked the surrounding plumbing and could find no other leaks at that time. We were very busy and backed up so it took the tech about 1 week later to replace the manifold, easy accessible fix. They filled it again a few days later and there was another leak in a different area. At that point the tech called [redacted] and left her a message explaining he was booked up still and could not make it back there until a few days later. She was very upset by this, blaming us for the new leaks and claimed we didn't know what we were doing. After that, on the day the tech rescheduled to come out the tech was informed of the Revdex.com complaint. He called [redacted]'s husband who was very happy to hear from the tech and told him to come down. Minutes later the tech received a call from [redacted] saying not to come. At this point, we gave [redacted]'s information to another tech in the area as a reference, which, too, went out and said there was no way to fix it because of cold weather, which we know for a fact that weather has nothing to do with it. The problem is the cabinet that was not designed to come off and the locations of the leaks. Today, on 11/22, we at the store contacted [redacted] and asked if she would still want us to fix it, because my tech can fix it. She said yes and my tech will be contacting her today to schedule a time to come out.
