Review: Purchased a pool from Pools Plus on 7-**-12. During the installation the liner was cut to large for the scimmer area. We were never told this and our pool kept draining. Several call and visits to the show room it was filnally admitted that this was the problem and they repaired it with the understanding that the liner would be rapleaced and filled with water in the spring of April 2013. April 2013 came and went. I called the warehouse and was told that we were not on the schedule for repair. So we made an appointment to have the liner changed for May **th. That date came and went and no one came. A voice mail on my phone explained that they got busy and now wanted to do the replacement on May **st. I returned the call and agreeded. We came home from work and no one had been there yet. So my husband went to the warehouse and they called someone who said that they would be there shortly ( now it is 4:30 in the afternoon.) They indeed did show and two of the company's young men (who were very nice) completed the replacement. The water truck came at 7:30 and the company people stayed to finish up. When the truck was done with the water fill the pool was only half way full. We questioned why there was not another truck load to complete filling the pool. We were iold that the owner of Pools Plus only ordered one truck load and that we the owners of the pool were to pay for the rest of the water at the rate of $290.00. Pools Plus owner was called and we were told that we had to pay for the rest of the water or we can use our hose and he would cover any chemicals that it would take to get the water up to par. I was not draining my well to fill my pool the rest of the way. The deal was that he would replace the liner and fill the pool. I already paid the money at the original delivery for the pool to fill it up. This was his mistake and he need to pay for the water. He wouldn't so I had to . The pool need to be filtered and I couldn't filter it only being half way full. There has been no correspondance since then. I am going to sma;ll claims court to get my $290.00 back.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned to me for the warter. I think that it would be fair. I have taken alot from him for a year.
