Pools Plus has been incredibly helpful to me in dealing with both our local HoA and repeated hostility from neighbors attempting to stop my pool, deck and even fence installation (all of which were approved by the HoA in advance.) This company has persevered with me in responding to every one of these efforts to impede progress Their office team is amazing and very helpful Their owner has been on site numerous times
With all the flooding we have had, throughout this process their team has showed up to reduce the water level or drain impacted areas, advise and consult They have adjusted chemical levels after our many heavy rain falls and behaved in a professional manner even when being shouted at by a neighbor They have been flexible and accommodating of my needs and I am deeply appreciative that they are my partner in making my dreams come true
Pools Plus did our pool deck surfacing and though it appeared to be an adequate job initially it didn't last a year before it was peeling and bald spots appeared The owner, Murray, came out to look at it and has yet to respond to correct the problem This company has AWFUL customer service but yet it is totally efficient at taking your money! Do not use them unless you want nothing but aggravation!
