Review: New swimming pool construction agreement signed 6/2/2013, to start on 6/15/2013 and approximate completion of August 15, 2013. After all the textings, callings, leaving messages to make them finish it, we are finally able to use it in January 2014. But the pipes are still not sealed or painted, the breaker is still not connected, and the automation wireless remote is still not delivered. After giving them an ultimatum of 30 days to finish in March 2014, I texted and tried to call, there's no reply or even heard anything from them.Desired Settlement: Seal and paint the pipes, connect the breaker, and deliver the automation wireless remote that is included in the contract within 3 days of receipt of notice.
