Review: On March 28, 2014 we contracted with Pools spas and more to replace our pool liner. We agreed on May 14 as the installation date. We paid in full to secure that date. On 5/13 I emailed to confirm, with no response. I called On the 13th and was told he won't be there on the 14th. When I asked when he would be here the receptionist said "I have no idea, I don't know his schedule. You should get a call in a few days." Sunday, May 25 still no contact. Sent email on the 25th asking when they would be out. No response. Several more phone calls over the next few days, no response. On Wednesday May 28th I emailed and told them I would be in on Friday the 30th to get my money. [redacted] emailed an hour later and said they would be here Sat. The 31st to install the liner. Men came Sat. morning and installed the liner. They did not bring the water truck to fill the pool. (part of the contract) We had to fill the pool with the garden hose. The pool had to fill with water before they could hook up the filter. The men left and have not returned. Sunday the 1st and Monday the 2nd I sent emails and made three phone calls with no response. The contract says my pool will be ready on May 14th. It is now June 2nd and is not done.Desired Settlement: I want the pool finished and refund on half of the installation cost for the broken contract.
Review: I spoke with the owner in March and was told this would be a 1500.00 job. I purchased a liner from [redacted] on April 9, 2014. The deposit check of $500.00 was cashed. We discussed that I wanted this job completed before Memorial Day 2014. A week before Memorial Day, I spoke with the owner and he said that was not going to happen due to the winter. After repeatedly, calling the owner and his store, I had not received my liner or installation. Finally, on Thursday, June 19, two months later, workers showed up to pump water out of the existing liner. They left and returned on Friday. Two workers then got the last 1/2 inch of water out of the old liner and removed the old liner, which took them 5 hours. More people showed up on June 20, 2014, they proceeded to install 80% of the liner and left. It is now Tuesday, June 24, 2014, no one has returned to complete the job and the pool is sitting empty, full of wrinkles, and is completely unuseable. After a call to the store on Monday, June 23 to see what the "game plan" was no one returned that phone call. So, I called the owner's cell phone, left a message, and no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the job to be finished immediately. The job consisted of:"A Happy Bottom"-Where the bottom of the pool is insulated/cushioned.walls of the pool insulatedgasketsskimmer gasketsa truck load of waterPresently, only the liner is hung in the pool.
