resulted in addendumsIn this process we hired an architect to help with the design of the cabanaMr*** wanted to try and lower his costs, which we tried to doThe costs associated with this project where on the higher end of the scaleMr*** proceeded to get other bids after all the work that we performed and signed another contract with another builderThe original contract calls for arbitration of which he did not conform withWe had to answer a suit he filed which cost us to answerHe eventually dropped this suit in which we went to arbitrationWe do not agree with the decision of the arbitratorThe final agreement stated that if we did not pay in days that interest would be added to the unpaid balanceWe have currently paid approximately $2,in the first monthWe are trying to pay this as soon as possibleI tried to work this out before the legal process started but Mr*** wanted nothing to do with my company after we spent a great amount of time and funds for architects, bids, commissions and of course my timeThe Award of the arbitration is to be paid within days of the date of this Award; otherwise, post-Award interest shall be accrue at the simple rate of five percent (5%) per annum starting days after the date of the Award until paid in full by PoolScapes, IncThis Award is in full settlement of all claims and counterclaims submitted to this ArbitrationAll claims not expressly granted herein are hereby denied
