Pending Installation of a Pool Heater has not been completed. I have tried for several weeks to have it installed .
I originally purchased a Pool Heater from Pool Tech a thermal 125K Heater Pump on October 17th, 2017. The total cost was $4796.25. This was purchased for my Keys home in Marathon Fl which had suffered water damage. I requested from Pool Tech to return the Old Pool heater because I was hoping to put it in my North Miami home . After many weeks of waiting , I discussed the installation with the owner of Pool tech and he proceeded to tell me the Old pool heater was to small for my Miami pool. I then decided to have Pool tech install the Pool Heater at a friends house which has a much smaller pool. He arranged installation 3 weeks ago and nothing was done. The owner is now not returning messages or phone calls regarding this matter. I just want my old pool heater and I am willing to pick it up. please help
Allow me to either pick up my old pool heater of finalize installation in my friends house. If this is done I am willing to withdraw the complaint as I have no interest in hurting this vendor's business.
The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. An alternative Pool Heater was provided and picked up. Thank You Pool Tech for the resolution.
