Good evening With regards to the attached letter of complaintUnfortunately Mr [redacted] has called our stores and our support office on numerous occasions – he has demanded Poolwerx pay him $for some repairs that were apparently caused by some remodeling work carried out by [redacted] ***s (the remodeling arm of their business) some years agoPoolwerx purchased the assets of the retail stores and mobile pool servicing business being operated by [redacted] ***s supplies in March Please note each time Mr [redacted] has called he has been very upset and abusive to our staff on the phonePoolwerx have attended his premises to attend to some minor (unrelated) pool issues in September & December (post the remodeling work carried out by [redacted] )– the invoices were paid to Poolwerx and Mr [redacted] was happy with the workIt appears recently there have been problems with the earlier remodeling work carried out (Mr [redacted] attributes the problems to the remodeling work) and has been demanding monies from PoolwerxWe have unsuccessfully explained to the [redacted] s the alleged faulty work is nothing to do with Poolwerx We have passed the contact number of the remodel company to Mr [redacted] , for him to pursue them furtherHe seems to link the employee who attended over years ago (and who is now our current employee) with the responsibilityAs we have tried to explain to him we did not purchase the [redacted] Valley remodel company and have no responsibility for that companies past workHe will not accept this and has had several abusive rants, wherever and to whomever he can, including social mediaHis behavior is quite unacceptable, is upsetting for our staff and our Poolwerx company name is being quite unjustly defamedPoolwerx, as has been explained to Mr [redacted] always honor warranties and workmanship – we have supplied the copies of the two invoices made to him for visits 1) 9/21/totaling $2) 12/8/$He mentions numerous visits by us to his premises – we have been out on several occasions, for free, to try and assist him and to ensure that the alleged complaints were not related to our Poolwerx service visits in September and December We will not be paying $1,towards work that is not Poolwerx responsibility Diane D***Marketing & Human Resources Manager
