My complaint was that the description does not specify what kind of frame pool this winter cover fits. I bought the cover with the assumption that it will fit a 20' round pool. My pool is not a "TOY POOL". It is a framed pool, with a ledge on the top of the frame that this should fit. No it does not fit my pool properly, had I known by the description of the pool cover I would not have purchased it. These pools can be kept standing over the winter months. I have kept my pool intact over the winter for many years. If I had a permanent full metal standing pool, I am still confused how this cover would stay properly on the pool the way it is manufactured. I live on a hill where the wind gusts can be very strong. The cover blows up between the eyelets. I have the cable as tight as it possibly can be tightened without snapping. The eyelets are literally ripping from the cover.

After several conversations with the customer in which the customer believed the cover was made incorrectly, our technician determined there was no issue with the cover, whatsoever, however the customer is using the cover on a portable / temporary / toy swimming pool. The customer sent images...

that confirm that this is the issue. We do not claim that this cover is designed for temporary / toy swimming pools, however many customers with that type of pool do use them.  we can clearly see their is no issue with the pool cover. The only thing we can reccomend is if the customer feels the cover is defective, she can follow the manufacturer warranty procedure that is outline on the included warranty paperwork to ship the cover back. It would be iinspected and replaced if defective. Thanks.

The easiest way to find out details of an order that the customer has placed is to log back in to your account. Once logged in to our website, you than can click the "Orders History" link. You will the be able to search for orders that you may have made in the past. If you have made an order it will...

be on file. All orders on file will have printable versions of the original invoice in the Orders History of your profile. This is very helpful if you did not receive your invoice by email in the event your email address may have entered wrong, or the emailed invoice was stopped by a junk mail filter. We do not have the customers warranty information on file, as they did not request that we keep it on file. All we can do is suggest they look for their warranty information. Thanks.

To further break this down, we sell two covers. A blue cover and a clear cover. The customer ordered our clear cover. We do not falsely advertise the item. We can not make the cover something other then what was ordered. A clear cover. Thanks.

Customer should see the liner's manufacturer warranty info. As of today we also have not received a package here from the customer. But a used pool liner would be refused in the event it does show up here, as all sales are final on pool liners.

itself was shipped with the kit in the box for the drain installation. We would have notified the customer of this, however they have not once emailed or called. It appears this complaint is based on something beyond our control , such as inability to dial a phone correctly.

I did send pictures of the pool and also of the measurements. I have previously purchased two liners for this pool (original and one replacement) both of which were 24 x 48. I have also spoken with a local pool supply company who advised the liner they sent me does not measure to be for a 48" pool. I have also measured the sand to be the correct depth also. The box is marked correctly however the contents were incorrect. I just want the correct liner. however, they have just been very rude and told me I was a lying and not to contact their business ever again.

While we do not know or did not sell the customer the pool covers he has owned in the past, the cover he did purchase form our company is the thinnest and least expensive cover we sell on our website. We offer many cover types and styles. So he would be correct in stating that it is relatively thin, as that is was was ordered, the thinnest one we carry. Mr. [redacted] at the time of purchase was presented with the option to order a thicker cover, but instead opted to buy the thinnest and cheapest cover we carry. There has been no mistake and we have shipped the customer exactly what was ordered. As listed in our terms and conditions of the sale that the customer did agree to, the item due to the nature of the product is non-returnable. liner is leaking due to a defect the liner would be replaced free of charge by the manufacturer. A defect is where the liner would have an opened or un-welded seam. If the customer has punctured the liner, and there is just a hole in the liner they would patch the hole as that would not be a defect or covered under warranty. All manufacturer warranty information is on the box to pursue a manufacturer warranty claim if there is a defect. Thanks.

A customer can not initiate a package trace, only we can as it is our account. Like we stated previously a UPS package trace will be complete by next Wednesday and ifbthe package is not delivered by Wednesday the customer should contact us after next Wednesday. Thanks.

There were 2 calls placed to this business on the same day. The first call was terminated by them before I could givethem the details about the cover or the transaction number. The second call did go through and the woman told me they could do nothing forme nor did they have a phone number or email address for the manufacture. I received zero support from Pool dealsas a matter of fact, Pool deals has no phone number for customer complaints on their website only email. I emailed them first andgave them about a week to respond. When I received no response from them I looked their name up on the Revdex.com website andthats where I got their phone number. They never told me I would have to send pictures because I would have. They flat out told methere was nothing they could do for me. I told them I would contact the Revdex.com and she acted like she could care less. They even say they record phone calls so maybe they could go to the tapes. So I am stuck with a 3 week old solar cover that failed on thefirst use. Very bad product even worse customer support.        Thank you                                      �... [redacted]

PoolDeals.com response is like the following example:If you show me an image of a BMW 328i with the description that states it is a BMW 328i, and I proceed with ordering it, but you ship me a Volkswagon Jetta and not a BMW 328i.  When I call you to inform you that you sent me the wrong product, you state it is what I ordered because it is a car and that's what you ordered.Now do you see how they operate and why I am filing a complaint?Please see the attachments which show you how they pictorial represent the product along with a clear description that I thought I ordered from PoolDeals.com, but not what they shipped me and what I received.
