After reading [redacted] [redacted]esponse to my complaint. I found his statement to be false. When I came back to pick up my wheel and tire, I backed into parking. As I was backing into parking I hit my auto tailgate button it opened. Before I exited the vehicle [redacted] [redacted] personally loaded the wheel and tire and closed my tailgate. I followed him inside and paid him in cash.Upon arrival at my home garage I unloaded and noticed the two large grooves in my wheel that came from tire machine or bars utilized by the shop.Being in the military full time my next day off was to be "MLK " day federal holiday January 18, 2016. I elected to take the vehicle up in person for him to inspect it in person and discuss the remedy.I told him I thought his business owed me a wheel. He said that wasn't going to happen. He inspected the wheel and called over the tire change mechanic to inspect. He Never took responsibility for his business' actions. So I gave him my info and said to contact me on a wheel or a remedy he wanted to discuss.Nothing has been received from [redacted] [redacted] to date in this matter.It's a matter of principle his business caused my wheel to be damaged.The main Point being his business is liable in this matter. It's only right for his company to replace my wheel.If it was the road doing damage to a wheel or tire I would utilize my wheel insurance. But his business caused the damage to my BMW wheel.Thank you,

In response to ID: [redacted] On Monday January the 11th [redacted] brought in his own wheel and tire and stated to be careful with it[redacted] unloads tire and wheel out of his truck and takes it to the tire bay where it was mounted and balanced. Once he inspected his tire and wheel he loaded it...
