PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Unprofessional and horrible customer service We were quoted a $price for towing They charged $for diagnostics and told us they would not repair the car Then they raised the towing price to $because they said we did not have the work done there even through they did $in diagnostic work Then the owner threatened me with bodily injury He said I was disrespecting him He was clearly being racist against white people Extraordinarily unprofessional, rude and incompetent I had to call and make a police report regarding the issue Update to come after we pick up the vehicle In all my years of dealing with car repair places, I have never seen anything like this It is awful and I would recommend that everyone stay away from this business They are also very poor communicators The car was there for days before they even looked at it They kept saying they did not know where their mechanic was and he had not returned from his 4th of July holiday They never called us once, we continually had to call them They missed promised time after promised time I am also filing a Revdex.com complaint against this business and contacting the Chamber of Commerce and looking for any other outlet to spread the word about this place I went to pay for the car at their price, then they raised it again saying I was disrespectful and charged for storage Their agreement stated days after an estimate is given before any storage fees, they charged them anyway and the police would not make them reverse it saying it was a civil matter
