Review: I ordered an 8 X 11 rug. After receiving a call yesterday that it had come in, my husband picked it up and brought it home. We disccovered it had furniture marks on it so could tell it had been used. Also, it was smaller than what we ordered. I called the owner of the store and informed him that my husband was returning the rug today and that I was extremely unhappy with them. The owner called back later in the day and said they were ordering me a new rug since they had been sent the "wrong one." My husband said we didn't want to do business with them and then proceeded to cancel the charge on our [redacted] account When my husband returned the rug this morning, the store owner told my husband that he had to make a living and doesn't take returns.d The owner told my husband he refuses to credit our [redacted] account. We are new in town and think we got taken advantage ofan unethical owner by being senior citizens who he thought he could pull one over on.Desired Settlement: To hear as soon as possible that you have been able to help us.
