Review: Purchased Wood burning insert on 4.13.15 and is still unable to get wood burning insert installed after multiple excuse.Merchant claims as being sick with [redacted] and also of improper handling from carrier. After days of contact, merchant PROMISED Refund was promised. Merchant was unable because of innsufficiant funds. I have tried to contact seller but is unable to contact. Text message is the only way to communicate. We are now CURRENTLY going through bank to see if we can get refund before our 60 days have expired.Desired Settlement: 3,074
