Pavers were installed early February 2020. Within a week I noticed the pavers ending at garage door were crumbling. I immediately called and all I got was the excuse they were too busy and they would get back to
within three weeks. This calling back and forth resulting in a worker coming out to look at it. She said she would get the boss to look at it. He finally came last week May 4 and by this time there were many more completely crushed. He blamed it on the tires of my car? Not satisfied I insisted they do the job correctly. He only offered a piece of metal strip which would show on outside of the door. I said no, that he should have leveled the area where the driveway met the garage floor. His comment was “ I am not a contractor”. They placed the last row of tiles 1/4 “ above garage floor. When they finished the job, I was concerned about this “cliff like” look and their response was to call if anything happens. In addition to the crumbling some of the pavers along the same area are not glued down. Nothing has happened and the area looks terrible. I have tried to look for another company that can fix it but to no avail. Any help out there?

Pooter's installed pavers in our driveway and after only three years it is falling apartDuring the first year they came out to inspect and replace broken pavers, however a year and a half later (March 2016) I began to notice that the pavers were separating and crackingI called Pooter's and asked them to come out to address the problemThey said they were backed up with work orders, were training new people and could not come out for at least a monthAfter repeated phone calls and excuses by them, they finally came in June (months later!) only to tell me that it would cost me $to repair the pavers because I had let it get so badHad they came out months previously the problem would not have been as bad They told me my problem was caused by my neglect and was not covered under their warranteeNever mind the cement holding the edge bricks failed causing the pavers to separate and crackThey claimed the damage was caused by a lawn mower running over the edge of my driv

Contracted to repair driveway pavers and install border edging around drivewayCame to job site without enough materials and performed shoddy work
In June 2013, my wife and I decided to have pavers installed in our driveway We contracted Pooters, LLC, Weston Rd., Leesburg, FL 34748-(aka Pooters Ponds & Pressure-Krete LLC) to perform the work Pooters completed the installation on August 28, at a total cost of $4,and we were very happy with the completed job
In July of 2018, we called Pooters to "compress" the pavers that had separated (mainly in the entry area of the driveway), to replace cracked pavers, to mortar the edge pavers where needed, and to install metal edging around the border of the driveway On Friday, July 20, 2018, the Pooters work crew (at least four or more people I do not recall the exact number) arrived to perform the repairs There was a driving rain the entire time that the Pooters work crew was there I commented that I didn't thin

Monday December 4,
I called Pooters paver company to get an estimate what it would cost to lay travertine pavers, travertine pavers that I already purchasedI spoke to Clint who set up an appointment for Wednesday December 6th between 4-5pm
Wednesday December 6,
Clint arrived on timeI explained that the area I need is a 16x(x2) and the foot pads of 5xand 5xThe area I showed him will be an expansion of my existing lanai where it is travertine pavers and underneath is a foam type paver base Clint estimated in his head (he did not measure the area) and said it would be square feet to cover the areaHe also told me that I would need to purchase, in addition to his estimate, the same foam type for laying consistenciesI then walked him over to the crates (Pavers I already purchased from another compan
