There is an obvious disconnect on the service you wanted and the service we provide. We do car door unlockings, not door lock repairs. You would never have someone come out to your location and repair a lock on your car door...

for $76.95. The going rate for this job is closer to $250 and that is only if you take the car in to a body shop. When my tech called you as he was en-route he asked you if you needed the car unlocked and you said yes. When he arrived he found your car open and you requesting your lock repaired. That is not a job we would of ever sent a tech to do. As for the charge on your credit card, when we do a car door unlocking that is outside of the 494/694 corridor we always ask for a pre-paid credit card to ensure that our techs don't drive 20 miles to a location to find that the car was unlocked and they don't get paid for their time and fuel. I am still very concerned about how we could of possibly confused a lock repair with a car door unlocking, but in the end I would rather refund the full amount of your charge and pay our tech directly. We have an outstanding track record over our 8 years of business and we are known for our high level of customer service. I regret that your interaction with us was not what the vast majority of customers have experienced in the past. I hope our full refund will address your concerns. I also recommend you call a body shop or dealership to repair the door lock.
