I purchased a refrigerator in January of Recently noticed that Freezer on top was not keeping food frozenCalled Bonfe to come out and fixThey took the panel off from inside the freezer and noted that the refrigerator had been repaired beforeI went to appliancesmart and informed the manager that I was given a used refrigerator when I had purchased a new oneHe stated that he would get back to me that dayI didn't hear anything from him

I bought a slirange from ApplianceSmart in Hopkins, MN but also looked previously at ApplianceSmart closer to my house in EaganBoth ApplianceSmart stores recommended the same guy to install my range hood and disconnect and reconnect the gas from my old range and then come back and rehook the gas for the new range When he left, his prices were double from what he quoted me on the phone When I questioned his pricing he got very defensive I called the Hopkins ApplianceSmart and went in to the Corporate office in StPaul and no one got back to me after saying they would follon it I feel that ApplianceSmart should not have recommended a independent plumber to me if he lived min to an hour away as I feel like a lot of his expense was for travelHe also never went over what the extra expenses were for

Was sold a refrigerator with previous work doneWas presented as a floor model with only a few cosmetic blemishes but otherwise brand new
Less than years after purchase the refrigerator failed and a technician discovered there was previous work done This is concerning because the sales rep stated it was new but just used to show on the floor
The technician stated that non factory parts were usedObviously we did not purchase a new refrigerator but paid the price for one

On May 11, I purchased a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher from Appliance Smart/Apple Valley Delivery of the stove and refrigerator was scheduled for May The dishwasher was scheduled for installation on May because I had to have it done by a contractor since Appliance Smart doesn’t do dishwasher installations They recommended MD Professional Services, which is who I used for the installation The contractor picked up and delivered the dishwasher to my house as scheduled He spent over hours installing the dishwasher and charged me $for the work($plus an additional $labor) When tested it made a horrible sound and the installer said he had never heard anything that bad and the motor was obviously shot He returned the dishwasher to Appliance Smart I contacted them and Christine told me they would install another and cover the installation fee However, they did not have any of the brand I wanted and she said they could install another one they
