I had locked my keys in my truck at lunch and contacted Roadside service, they sent out Pop-a-LockCFrank showed up quickly, was very professional and courteousIf I have any issues in the future this will be the first place I call Great job !

There's never a good time to have a flat tire, however as we all know, it does happen It happened to me about a month ago and I have to say that I was MORE than impressed with *** *** punctuality, his knowledge, and most of all his PATIENCE!!! Not to mention his knack for customer service Because of the particular type of lug-nuts on my wheels, *** had to go the extra mile to get my tire off A 30-minute job easily turned into an hour and a half to two hours He did not give up and I'm not sure if he realizes how much something like that can mean I was leaving a surgeon's office that day when I noticed the flat I was to have a major surgery within a week or two, at the most, and was on my way to visit my mother and family, south of Atlanta If *** had not been so helpful, I would have not been able to visit By the way, the visit AND the surgery went better than I could have ever hoped! Thank you soooo much *** and Pop-A-Lock!

The misfortune of locking my keys in my car was only the beginning of my troublesIn the attempt to save $over the leading company (***'s *** and *** whom I've used before with great satisfaction, I call pop-a-lockWhat a mistakeThe next morning when attempting to roll down the window on the side which they had jimmied to unlocked, the power window would do nothingI called the company fully expecting them to make this right but they did not accept any responsibility for the damage they had doneIn fact, he told me to call my insurance company then hung up on me! I called back later spoke with the manager of this particular franchise *** but got the same responseAssuming that the franchise OWNER would be interested in how shabbily one of his franchisees had handled this situation, I took the time to find out who he was and to call himA message was left but he never returned my callSo, buyer beware of pop-a-lock the cheap may come out expensive

*** *** was prompt in arriving at my house He knew exactly what to do and was
efficient and also explained what he was doing He was very pleasant and polite

Experienced a flat tire and pop a lock came to my rescue My technician *** *** arrived in a timely manner, received professional customer service It truly was an awesome experience Would definitely recommend pop a lock and my technician

I called Roadside Assistance to report a dead battery in my car, and [redacted] from Pop-A-Lock was at my house within 30 minutes to jump start it. [redacted] was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had my car running within minutes so I could drive to the dealership for a battery replacement. I was thoroughly pleased and will recommend Pop-A-Lock to friends and family.
