This site is a total scam!! the site specifically says, to step one, select a subscription, then select the pops you want, and then they ship, this is a total lie! they will send you whatever they want before you even had a chance to select anything, and then when you try to cancel, they will tell you the order is already in shipping, even if you cancel immediately after submitting an order, they will tell you they cannot.
I had some ordered by mistake and they estimated dispatch date was march of 2017 and they will still not cancel the order, because they say it is in shipping.
if you ask them anything, they are not helpful at all, they will send you a cookie cutter script response that doesn't even address or answer your question, this site should be shut down, as its a total rip off, and the customer service is absolutely useless.

Hi I can see that this has now been resolved on the 03/01 and we have now requested a refund.I am very sorry for any issues caused. [redacted]
