I placed an order in early December and asked to have my order delivered on 12/20. It was not delivered on that date so I called this AM. I was told it will be delivered on 12/24 and the person I was sending the gift to will be out of town at that time. The Popcorn Factory rep told me there was nothing she could do. I asked to have a Manager call me on my personal number. the Manager called on my work number first and then my personal number. She said she could give me back half of of money- I expressed that this was a Xmas gift and that I want the item delivered before 12/24. I asked to speak to another manager and she said it would take 72 hours for a return call to me. Terrible customer service!!!

I got an email with a terrific deal for St Patrick's Day popcorn. Ordered for my 2 grandsons, one of which had a birthday on March 14, so I requested the gifts be delivered that day. No problem. Got an email confirmation that they would be delivered "on or before" my requested date.
THEN, on March 11, I got another email saying "your order has been shipped" and "track it here". So I did. Suddenly, the order was not going to be delivered until March 17, 3 days after promised and confirmed.
I called, got a complete it on the phone, who apologized and said, "Well, it is going to be delivered by the PO, not UPS" I asked why that was my problem and why it should delay the order? She didn't know, but offered to refund my shipping costs. I said, since the gifts were intended as a birthday gift, which would NOT arrive when promised, I thought they should refund the whole thing. She says "OK, its done, but it will take up to a week for it to show up on your charge statement.".
Today, March 18, gifts STILL not delivered, but I did get a credit - $8.50. Less than half of what I paid for their lousy gifts and worse service.
NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Review: I received a call the week of December 16 that Popcorn Factory was not going to be able to fulfill my order as promised (i.e., to be delivered by Xmas). The lady told on the phone that the order was going to be cancelled and my money returned as soon as possible. The order however was never cancelled until I reached out on December 20, 2015. I was promised a refund, which never came. I followed up 5-6 times, and received ultimately a refund by January 11, 2016, which was 21 days after the order was cancelled. I have never had a refund processed longer than 3-5 days. Through today, I still have not received my money back. I fear The Popcorn Factory is stealing money. I usually do not get charged until the order is shipped (e.g., Amazon). Order # is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, so I do not have to deal with The Popcorn Factory ever again.
