Review: I have contacted [redacted] and associates several times regarding a refund due to [redacted] and associates failing to do their job and also terminating representation. I left a written letter with the secretary and also sent an email directly to Mr. [redacted] through the state bar website requesting he refund what was paid to them and did not get any type of response. when we first started a case with [redacted] and associates we signed a contract with Mr. [redacted] and was letter passed off to his associate [redacted] with out any notice. [redacted] showed up at out immigration interview going forward things were told to me and then stories where changed. [redacted] also treated my wife as a lair and could not keep a story straight. Now we are having to pay more in fees for a lawyer and immigration due to this firm not doing their job appropriately.Desired Settlement: refund of 2500.00
