The crew was on time and worked the whole time they were hereThey also cleaned all trash and nails upThey did a great job and I am very happy with the roofI wish all work I have had on my house went as smoothly as this job did with Campbell RoofingI am very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone

This company stepped up to assist our condomassociation after we were billed by Capital Roofing and Duncan and Kellie M*** John A*** handled everything and he saw that our roofs were completed within the budget we had agreed to I can't say enough about how good this company and John are Definitely would recommend!

We recently selected Campbell Roofing & Sheet Metal of Florida, Inc. to provide us with a new roof and gutters after the January 9, 2016 Tornado in Cape Coral. This was the best decision we could have made. The Professional Campbell Roofing Staff were fantastic to us, treating us with respect and showing great compassion under the circumstances throughout the entire process. Our Special thanks to Jay (Sales), Mike (Operations Mgmt.), Peggy (Admin.), Dave (Finance), Maria (Owner) and the entire working staff. We highly recommend them!!! They provided us with a quality end product in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

installation of metal roof in Sanibel, overall very satisfied with the work. we contracted during holidays in 2015 - we are aware of the delays this may have caused, but the quality of the work is very good and we are very happy with their work. we fully recommend them and would hire them again (hopefully not soon)

FRAUD ALERT! Stay away from this company!

We received an estimate for the replacement of our roof - around $16k. While the price tag was the highest received we where still considering this company mainly for the reviews posted in this site. We waited for over an hour for the estimator to show up and still collaborated with the entire process in good faith, giving this company a chance to provide a bid on an important investment. We were serious and ready to start the job entailing roughly about $20,000, involving a couple of buildings. We feel it is now our duty to the public to inform what we discovered about this company: FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!
We waited a long time for the estimate and did so with patience and understanding. We reviewed the estimate carefully and were seriously considering hiring this company even though it gave us the most expensive estimate. However, we noted that the estimate was remarkably vague on key things like naming materials and key words explaining methods of installation, leaving the "door open" for the installation of any material and using any method, specially short cuts which in this industry are extremely costly to repair afterwards. Still in good faith, assuming it was an "omission" from the estimator, we asked him for clarification, never suspecting his sudden and abrupt disappearance declaring the estimate null and void. There is a point clearly shown here. NO ANSWER IS NOT A GOOD ANSWER. No answer in this case means Campbell does not want to be clear and transparent, deceives customers into thinking they are getting what they seek when in fact, the products and practices used may be completely different to what they are lead to believe. That is committing fraud, that is trickery sales, that is the companies deliberately deception!.
Our questions regarding the estimate were reasonable and precise, objective and clear - only 4 questions, no arguments no playing with number, mere honest questions anyone SHOULD ask before entering a contract. This is a common sense approach for anyone making an informed decision: understand what you are getting into and learn about what you get for the price you pay.. But, this company clearly does not welcome that.
The sudden departure of the estimator declaring his estimate null and void came to pass just after our first time asking questions so is not to say that we exhausted his patience driving him to the wall with unreasonable questions. This is not roofing school for us and we do respect people's time and efforts. The estimator's sudden departure and non response to our request for clarification speaks very poorly about the company ethics, values and practices.
The decision to withdraw the estimate without giving proper answers speaks clearly of their intention to deceive us by intentionally writing vague descriptions on estimates in order to short hand the quality of the products used in changing a roof. So in essence, this dishonorable practice leads unsuspecting customers into believing they get one thing (by the verbal assurances of the estimator) when in fact they are getting something completely different.... below grade or the cheapest quality resulting in a disaster just when the Campbell Roofing warranty expires.
We specifically ask before receiving the estimate for a few specific items, we were promised these would be honored. The estimate shows a vague description which anyone not reading closely could interpret as "meeting" de expectations. That in itself is a sneaky trap, demonstrated by the "disappearance" of the estimator when we asked him to explain. Mr. OWNER and ESTIMATOR: SHAME ON YOU!!! THAT IS NOT HONEST - THAT IS DECEIVING CUSTOMERS --- FRAUDULENT PRACTICES -- deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage.

Very happy with this company. The estimator called before his appointment and we had a repair estimate the same day. They showed up later in the week in nice lettered trucks, did the repair and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire them again if needed for future projects

As a building contractor keeping a schedule and having zero callbacks a very important to me. I have used Campbell roofing for many years since the last roofing contractor failed to complete jobs in a timely matter and at the level I required. I look forward to using them for all my projects in the future

Campbell Roofing and Sheet Metal of Florida is a premium roofing company. The Sales Manager, Jay [redacted] is friendly and professional. He offered competitive pricing and just the type of roof I was looking for. Although very busy, Jay was always available to answer any questions I might have. I especially liked the tremendous variety of colors and styles to choose from. On the job, Mike coordinated the roofing process, making sure all was done to the highest standards. I appreciated his willingness to be available for questions and get the job done professionally and quickly. The office staff is terrific. Peggy especially was always friendly and helpful. My home was hit by a mini-tornado and needed a new roof as soon as possible. The staff at Campbell made sure that I had a new roof that is beautiful, quiet and safer than before. I highly recommend them.
