I spoke with [redacted] the other day, and informed him of these things: (1) Roman';"> Counting Technologies has dissolved as a corporation I am still taking a few calls and emailing people to send them to the manufacturer of the equipment they bought, or to a competitor that sells the same equipment (2) Regarding this claim, we sent the client’s equipment off to the manufacturer to be repaired, but they have not done so because they are not happy with us that we have an outstanding balance (3) However, on Friday I talked to them, and they said they would honor the warranty, so the client should receive her “people counter” back from them within a few weeks (4) I had emailed this information to the client a couple weeks ago, but there is nothing I can do further since our bank accounts are closed and her equipment is with the manufacturer Please let me know if there is anything else I can do
