At first my experience with them was good, I had long term storage with them for years without the slightest trouble, they were more than reasonable I think the good reviews I've seen may have been deserved in the past Now I think roles have changed hands and they are shifting rates, making up late fees, refusing to show me their copy of the contract I signed years ago, refusing to let me talk to anyone else and not responding to emails for weeks at a timeOn top of that they repeatedly called my mother (I left that number years ago when I was moving countries and had no other number to give) even though they had my number and email address (and had used them!) and know that bothering her is not a way to communicate with me To top it off, they are accusing me of trying to not pay and to 'get something for free' for contesting the late fees on the first invoice, when I have been the one emailing and calling them! I feel like I've been dropped into the twilight zone and I'm being bullied by a wannabe mafia tough guy all while putting so much effort into just paying my bill Stay away at all costs, they are not the simple and straight forward company they used to be What a nightmare I wish all these positive reviews still appliedBefore all this I would have given a good review too, but they seem intent on tearing down what they built

Now I think roles have changed hands and they are shifting rates, making up late fees, refusing to show me their copy of the contract I signed years ago, refusing to let me talk to anyone else and not responding to emails for weeks at a time. On top of that they repeatedly called my mother (I left that number 6 years ago when I was moving countries and had no other number to give) even though they had my number and email address (and had used them!) and know that bothering her is not a way to communicate with me.
