Popeye's

On 8/18/15, my wife and I came to Popeye's about 9:40pm. We order three wings and told us with an attitude they didn't have. So we change our order to shrimp dinner for 5.99 & I had 5 piece tenders for 7.69. We get to the window and the young lady at drive thru handed our food and was rude. Told us to check our food at the end of building. We received old fries and my wife did get no shrimp she received popcorn chicken. So I went back in to let the management know. Every one stood and looked at me. The manager was not helpful. She ask for my receipt. I told her no because last time I had a messed up meal they took my receipt so that I could not report them. I told them what I order they just started cooking. The manager wasn't clear on my order and they had recook my order again. The manager never came out to make sure I was OK or offer anything. This is the second time I received bad service hear. You need to be more selective on your management. The only people was helpful was to two guys who in the back cooking. They did the best trying to get my order right. But the management and cashiers was rude and wasn't customer friendly. While was there waiting they did another customer the same way and they drove off [redacted]. And said they should not be coming this late. Review: Went to this Popeyes location today with my family for a quick meal. Was greeted by a very rude employee who was not at all friendly. The place was filled with smoke. It was filthy. It was 90 degrees and none of the supplies to eat with were available. This is just the tip of the iceberg. We spend 32$ on very little food and none of it was even edible. Worst food ever and worst restaurant ever.Desired Settlement: Would hope someone that runs this chain could come check it out cause they will lose all the business they get. I'll never go back.
