Poppa Phone Fix

I emailed the business owner back and forth about getting my [redacted] fixed, He told me he had a [redacted] case in stock and was able to fix my phone for $120. I took my phone in with the screen shattered. I went there with the understanding that he would be fixing my phone by putting a [redacted] screen on it. When we got there, we gave him the phone he appeared all jittery and nervous, we waited while he fixed the phone, he put a new screen on it, tested it out and told me everything worked. He did not inform me that he had put a sprint case on my [redacted] phone until after he was done. When I got home, I noticed that the home button on my phone was now broken and it had previously worked prior to my bringing him my phone. The next day I received an email from the owner of the store stating he was sorry for the condition he left my phone in and was requesting I bring the phone back so he could fix it, he said that he felt we were in a hurry just sitting there watching him do his job so, he rushed on the phone . I drove all the way back out to [redacted] from [redacted] with the intention he was going to fix it. I dropped it off for an hour, when I picked it up, it was in the same exact condition, the home button still did not work, the screen kept getting jammed , I had to lock it and unlock it for it to swipe, he left the sprint screen on my [redacted] phone, the backing to the phone did not fit properly there was big gaps, he had to use a dermal to shave the antenna off the sprint case that he put on my [redacted] phone to try to make the back fit. He then put a new sprint phone screen on my [redacted] phone without my permission once again. However he informed me he was putting a [redacted] screen on it. When I called several times to activate my phone with [redacted] and it would not let me, it was then I realized the case was another sprint case. I also noticed that there was super glue on the new screen on my phone because, it clearly did not fit properly. After I was there the second time, and my phone was in the same condition as when I first brought it to him, I emailed him with my concerns, then he informed me that he would order a new [redacted] case and would call me when it arrived. After voicing my concerns on a public social media, I received an email from the owner that he would no longer be fixing my phone and he would be taking me to small claims court. I then replied to the email by requesting my money back and to retrieve the pieces of my phone that he had originally taken off . The business owner refused to fix the phone as promised or refund my money so I could take the phone somewhere else to have fixed. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service, and disrespect I received. I am dissatisfied the way my phone was not fixed in the manner it should have been. I am now out of a phone and $120. I have a new baby and am unemployed and cannot afford to be treated in such a way.
