This is a VERY disrespectful and deceitful businessThe attendant hides behind a dirty glass, so you are unable to see herThen speaks rudely as you struggle to communicate with herAlso, please carry small bills as this person will give you an inaccurate price then claim to have no change in order to pocket your cash by giving you a receipt that states you paid the exact amountThis place is disgusting and needs to be shut down!

Worst customer service.....rude and obviously not too educated with English language Very shady unsafe location Immigration needs to check this place out!

My vehicle was towed to this facility on 6/16/without my consent from my apartments where I am a resident because the tag wasn't hanging in the windshield but fell down It was where they could see itThe address of the tow truck company was the same address and owner as the storage facility They told me I would have to sue the tow truck company for the illegal tow When you go to tow court, you have to name both parties (tow truck and storage facility) They hide behind a dark glass They were rude and scratches were on my vehicle The police couldn't do anything This is a horrible place and they should be put out of business They saw that my resident tag was in the vehicle and towed it anyway to make money
