It is unfortunate you feel you have subpar work I personally spoke to you during the process and after the process was completedI do understand we have more work to make the Ez-Breathe work correctly but we can remove it since you did get it free under our special promotion when you purchase the work We also talked about the vent covers that did seal off the crawlspace but you wanted to have a better looking seal on the ventsAs far as the driveway, I have had pictures taken of the damage you believe happened when our truck drove on your driveway but was waiting for weather to get a little better to deal with proper estimates I will call you shortly to discuss more solutions

I have since called the company who helped with the water extraction due to pump failure. I called and negotiated a much more reasonable price for the water extraction and it has been taken care of.
