Review: My daughter [redacted] has been dis-enrolled illegitimately. I was just notified of this today. Now my daughter has no spot which means I cannot work and I will lose my job. Child action says this is not right due to the inconsistencies, and the ED [redacted] also said there are inconsistencies, but has only offered to meet with me and Ms [redacted] & Tracy tomorrow at 815a. My work day starts at 6am. March 3rd - [redacted] was at schoolMarch 4th - Abduction of my son([redacted] did not attend because she can only attend when I'm at work, I was off dealing with abduction for 2 weeks) I have all police and [redacted] documentation.I called in and spoke with teachers, or left voicemails frequently to advice of get continued absences/reason for absences (which today Ms [redacted] said I never called and spoke anyone or left any messages- though I brought to memory one phone call that specifically stood out)Ms [redacted] called me to check on [redacted]'s attendance, I explained everything to her, including the most recent problem of me breaking my toe for which I was in the ER for on the 17/18th.March 18th I hobbled in to poppy patch to sign my February attendance form for child action after leaving the ER, explained all that I had been dealing with and that [redacted] would return by the end of the week to which Ms [redacted] said OK. I even asked about my billing as I was prepared to pay my portion right then.March 19th - I called in the afternoon as I was on a breathing machine all morning and could not talk, I was told Ms [redacted] was not in by someone in a different class I believe because they had me call another number and leave a voicemail that would be checked that same day. I left a message stating PER DRs ORDERS I could not work Thursday or Friday due to my lung failing, and could return on Monday (today) which meant [redacted] could not return until today. I HOPE that [redacted] can be re-enrolled, as if I lose my job my entire family including other children will lose everything. Ms [redacted] said the class is full no room for [redacted].Desired Settlement: I just want my daughter to be re-enrolled and allowed to continue attending Poppy Patch with no retalliation so that I can keep my job. Child Action agrees that she should not have been dis-enrolled without me being notified ahead of time, and is still willing to pay. Director of daycare admits inconsistencies in center's actions, Director of [redacted]'s class admits to "forgetting" calls i've made. Please re-enroll my daughter for our family's sake.
