I purchased Amish Wood Milk by credit card after seeing the product adverised on TV. The product was recieved in a timely manner. When applied to my dining room table top (according to the instructions) the product not only DID NOT PERFORM AS ADVERTISED, but rather, disfigured the surface with resulting blemishes. It will now be necessary to have the damaged surface be professionally refinished.I have contacted this company by telephone (multiple times) without a satisfactory response. I was referred to Corporate by [redacted], wwhich I did. Still no response. My husband then sent an email to the address provided, but after more than a week there has still not been any response.This is totally irresponsible lack of action by this company. Certainly not a way to treaat a customer with a valid concern/complaint.If desired a copy of the email can be provided stating in more detail the effort that have been made to resolve my issue.Needless to say, I will inform ALL my friends about this company so that they are aware of their lack of corporate integrity.If more information is desired, please advise me accordingly.Thanks you for your attention to this matter.
