Pop's Bargain Outlet

Review: Owner was selling Frito Lay chips that stated Free Sample/Not For Resale on the bags. I was escorted out of the store when I asked for one free bag.

Pop's is a non-conventional outlet store that offers some products only once due to the nature of how the products are acquired and what types of products. Earlier today I was escorted out of the store by both the owner and a normal-dressed employee who said he was a security guard when I made a request regarding a unique item. A 7-foot multiple-shelved section of the store contained small bags of Frito-Lay chips that had "Free Sample" and "NOT FOR RESALE" printed by the manufacturer. I went to the owner who was standing near an exit and asked for one free sample and IMMEDIATELY he approached me, grabbed my arm, and instructed me to leave his store. I stood firm and the guy standing with him was identified as a security guard and he grabbed my other arm and they attempted to escort me out. I'm a normal looking 42 year old white male and this owner acted like a lunatic. Then, a woman who I assume was his wife began telling me to leave. I told the person I was with that I would wait outside. I went out and walked into another entrance and the owner saw me and attempted to kick me out again. But this time, he began to tell me that he knew my mother and that he was going to press charges because she has cussed his employees many times. When I convinced him that he had the wrong person his wife stepped in and pleaded that I leave immediately. I was then berated by the owner of being a no-life, loser, that had nothing better to do than make a point and cause trouble. My friend soon walked up with bags of purchased groceries and I walked out. During the time of the second altercation, I was surrounded by 5-6 employees, including the male owner and the lady who I assume was his wife.Desired Settlement: At the very least, I expect to be able to shop at Pop's like any other normal customer. And I would hope that someone would be able to convey to the owner(s) that just because a customer requests or demands something that will not be granted, that does not warrant berating and intimidating the person and escorting them out of the store by force.
