Review: [redacted]Several months ago (2 March 2015) I sent emails reference two military A-2 flight jackets to Dave G[redacted] and his associate in Shasak who is the GM at Pops Leather. One jacket was a modification order (order [redacted]); and the other an original coat order from their company ([redacted]). I was instructed by Dave G[redacted] to send the modified jacket ([redacted]) to him in Pennsylvania for further alteration. I was gone for a military deployment from May to the beginning of October 2015 during which time I also did attempt contact through email and was not replied to. Bottom line, and my concern is that I have not received the modification jacket (Avirex-jacket order [redacted]) back from Dave that I sent to his stateside address over six months ago. Furthermore, Dave G[redacted] stated that he would be able to get both jackets, including the original jacket (order [redacted]) re-tailored. This jacket (order [redacted]) came tailored with the arm length being too long and it was agreed upon that they would be reduced 1 inch as Pops leather has a guaranteed fit policy. The jacket ([redacted]) is still unworn. I have spent over a thousand dollars with Pops Leather and while their quality in terms of leather and craftsmanship is top-notch, their customer service on the USA side is terrible as I have attempted contact no less than a dozen times via phone and email with Dave G[redacted]. Furthermore Dave G[redacted] still has my jacket (order [redacted]) in his possession and has not made contact with me, even after six months on his intention to return it.Desired Settlement: As advised by Dave I would like jacket order 8595, (the Avirex jacket) I sent to his address in Pennsylvania to be fixed as per our agreement and returned to me at my address. Secondly, I request that Pops Leather USA fix my jacket order [redacted] by honoring their policies and removing 1 inch of leather and resewing the cuffs on the jacket or sending me a new jacket and I'll return the original.
