I had my vehicle towed there on 4/7/16. I met with their representative that day to show and explain the two things that needed to be done to the car. Not a problem they said simple fixes that they could get right on. Two weeks later, I had to call to find out the status. They said it was ready. I asked if both issues had been fixed - no only one. Why? Call back and speak to Tony. Called but he not available but would call me back. No call back. Finally made contact - they would get to it. Called a week later - nothing had been done. Retrieved the car on 5/3/16.

They do not care, they do not listen, they do not communicate, they do not get my business and I will go out of my way to make sure that they are not recommended.
