Review: In Feb '**, contractor was paid in full, once work was completed, for full renovation of NYC apartment. Total contact was aproximately $35K. One year warranty stipulated in contract. Since March, I have been trying to get contractor to fix broken toilet bowl, broken closet drawers, grout coming up in bathroom floor, cracks in door frames and kitchen counters, fix outlet above stove and push back dishwasher from its current location.
I have been calling, texting and emailing for months now and nothing has been done. A time/date was set back in April and the contractor never showed and disappeared for 2 weeks! I have a record of all texts, emails and majority of calls. Contractor is ignoring me and won't honor the terms of the contract and fix the issues.
