I purchased a costume from this company in Mid October. I was told that I would get a *** tracking number when it shipped. I expected the costume before October ***. When I had not received a tracking number I inquired again, and was told that the item would arrive late, but I thought I could use the item in December.

I inquired about the item again and was told it would ship on Nov ***., and that I would again receive a tracking number. On December *** having not received anything I inquired again only to be told that the order was cancelled. I was never told of any cancellation, I was never offered a refund, and I have never received any item from them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The money was taken out of my Account on October ***. I have never been issues a refund. I never cancelled the order. I have tried several times to reach this company and I was told by the company that my order was to ship on November ***. Why would it ship on November *** if it was refunded and cancelled.
Furthermore, on the companies own website the order is still listed as "In Process". The prior statements by the company are outright lies. I am including the e-mail response from November to prove my statements. Why can I just not get the item I am owed? They even sent me an e-mail saying they were sorry for the mix up and did I still want the item!!!! The answer was yes. I even paid for expedited shipping!!!! Give me what I paid for!!!!!

This company does not produce the quality of cosplay costumes that it states it does. The measurements are not accurate to the website nor does the product look the same. It states customer satisfaction is their number one concern but this is false. If you are not satisfied with they product and want a refund they do not answer your emails. IF they respond they do not answer your questions. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product they sent and if I want to return it I have to pay more money to ship it back than I did the costume itself. Horrible customer service and products.

I HAVE contacted the customer service on Tuesday, no one responded to my email so I sent it again on Thursday. Customer service responded but didn’t answer my question. I’ve still been waiting for a reply and I even called the number to the home office in New York and no one answered that either. One of the images I attached is supposed to be the piece to fit over your foot and up your calf, how is that acceptable? So to say I haven’t contacted customer service is false.

on feb *** 2019 I contacted what I assumed was a webstore for costumes for a order there site made it seem like the item was avalible after 2 weeks of the item still in processing I contacted them threw email on there website to ask questions about the order they stated that there designers was still working on it and that it would be shipped out as days went on and me asking more questions they started to more and more say they were going to ship it during the last conversetation they stated they was going to ship it today which is 03//19 a sunday and also st patricks day when I stated how are u going to do that and started asking for a refund and to cancel this order because it in processing no more emails was exchanged from them for 3 days now I have be trying to contact them in every form that I could with no results and when I contacted greendot bank who my card is threw there workers told me it was nothing they could do for me to contact my local police and a lawyer

Purchased a Kirugumi (***) in XL, polar fleece
I received a Small, in Minky
Package says XL, but when measuring with measure tape, it makes 114cm chest (small) instead of 144cm chest (XL)

Wrote to customer service, provided them with clear pictures of measurement, mentionning the fabric problem as well.
Got a reply, saying thet Design team says this modele is loose.

Issue was never addressed.
