Review: We never received our package from Popular Home Collections web site. We were charged $130 already and it has been several weeks now. I contacted popular home collections by calling and leaving 6 different messages. Every time I called there was an option to speak to a rep. and it would then say that the caller volume was too high and to leave a message. I left my name, email, and brief description of the problem. I never got a return call. I also emailed them once with more detailed info. that I obtained from the original e-mail and customer receipt to make it even easier to resolve our problem. I did not get an email response either. Now I have come to the conclusion that I have been scammed and feel it my duty to keep this from happening to others. thank you.Desired Settlement: Anything would be nice. A return call, delivery of product would be ideal, or a refund as a last resort if my product is unavailable. I would be very flexible to work with if someone from their company would return a phone call or email.

Review: I ordered items from this company and they were to ship in 2 - 3 business days unless they were backordered then I would be notified. After hearing nothing for 8 days I checked the website and say that under payment it said "pending". I contacted the merchant to ask what "pending" meant, but was unable to get through and left a detailed message with my phone number. I then emails them and still no reply. Two days later I called and emailed again and no response. The next day I called in the morning and left a message for them to cancel my order, and I ordered the items somewhere else. When I cam back from lunch I received an email that my item had shipped. At 5:00 that evening the package was on my door step. It is impossible for them to notify me at noon that my items had shipped and then received four hours later from New York. In addition, the items I ordered from another company were received. They never called me after repeated attempts.Desired Settlement: I did not open the package, and I am sending it back - refusing delivery. I want my credit card refunded the purchase price plus delivery - total $47.93. They refused to contact me and let me know status and did not cancel my order when requested.

Review: I returned some merchandise in December and never received a refund. I contacted the company on April*, 2013; I spoke with a gentleman who stated that they would send me a refund for $156.91, but it did not happen. I did research and found out the the merchandise was received by them on December **(I had a tracking number from a return receipt from the Post Office. I tried calling Customer Service over 50 or 60 times; left information on their answering machine, but never receive a call. I also emailed them on April * & May ** at [redacted] and a [redacted] ([redacted]. I did not hear anything from anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my money ($156.91), I don't want to have anymore dealings with this company.

Review: I have been contacting this company for a couple months through e-mail and phone calls. Nobody ever answers my calls or returns my e-mails. they have owned me a refund on a product that they have failed to deliver to me since April, 2013. Spoke to a gentleman named [redacted] and he said he will issue my refund check "since my card number is no longer on file" and have it mailed to me the next business day. I still have not received one phone call back, not one e-mail responding to my inquiry...nothing! I am finally fed up enough to file a complaint against this company!!Desired Settlement: I just want my FULL refund including shipping, and I want to make sure that nobody else has to go through this frustration I have been going through with this company!!

Review: I have ordered a few items from popularhomecollections.com and I received unordered items. I have sent those items back requesting for refund of my money. The package has been received per the usps tracking information. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received the money back. I have called every day several times and nobody answers. I have left messages with my information and nobody called me back. Also I have sent e-mails and I have not received any reply. My complain includes unresponsiveness of customer service representatives, the order was wrong and non processing of refund.
