HI this whole statement this customer has said is a complete lie , I have never had a customer like this one first I went over the entire contract of what I do for my customers then as I started the job the customer wanted everything for free I upgraded the customer from a 25yr shingle to a 30 yr... shingle then this customer wanted me to replace the wood on the chimney and paint it that was never in the agreement of the contract but I went ahead and replaced rotted wood on the chimney for free and painted it to make the customer happy then I replaced a skylight on the roof then customer complained and wanted interior work don't filling in skylight holes and painting I told the customer that's not in the contract I went over the entire contract at the beginning before I started the job in the contract I never mentionedI wood fix the chimney or would I fix interior of the house but at this point I just want to get paid so I hired someone to come fix the interior it costed me $600 the customer was still not happy she wanted me to upgrade there ventilation on the house so I said ok I put Ridgevent she had airhawks so we cut the hole on the center ridge to install the Ridgevent and covered it with ridge cap there was a small hole left from where she had the airhawk so I went to the customers house the very next day to fix the hole it started to rain I got soak in wet it's a a one foot hole to fix not a big deal I covered the hole with plastic it poured rain and nothing leaked I came back the very next morning to fix the hole at that point the customer said I don't want you to fix the hole I want someone from my crew so I said ok I got my lead man on my crew there and 2 other people from there crew as they were fixing the hole the customer was screaming and yelling at my crew and cussing I never have seen a customer act like this she was even throwing things then she told my guys to get off her roof she's calling the Police she said the Police are on there way so my guys had to get off the roof and couldn't finish fixing the small hole ,,,we were there to fix the hole she ran us off I believe this women was wanting everything for free and was making a scene so she wouldn't have to pay,, not only did I spend all that money doing extras that weren't on the contract to please her but I went above and beyond to satisfy her so at that point I left because she made us I called the customer the next morning and spoke to the husband they still owed me $1,000 from the job they never paid me so I said look I don't wanna argue to satisfy them I still made a final attempt to please them I said if yall don't want me there to fix the hole then get someone else to fix the hole use some of my $1000 and fix the hole and give me the remainder of my money the next day I drove by the hole was fixed and they didn't pay me any money they kept the rest of my $1000 so this is NOT my fault this customer has mental issues wants everything for free and did everything to get upgrades and complained so she wouldn't have to pay this needs to be removed from my BBB I have never had a customer like this ..TThank you Robert
