Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] as long as all shipments are shipped via next day air, to accommodate for the fact that you multiple times told me that you continually told me you had the items to ship, when you in fact did notI would like to also point out that had you simply admitted that you did not have all the items for the shipment, we easily could have worked this out without involving the Revdex.comPlease be honest in your communications with your customers in the future Regards, [redacted]

Hello,We apologize for the long delay with your package Indeed some things were on back-order and took much longer to come back into stock then what we had been told by our supplier The delays were just as frustrating to us We would have issued a refund at any time but it was requested to keep the order open We will now ship what we presently have in stock and will refund you for the rest Then when the back-ordered items due finally come available we will give you the same deal with free shipping if you are interested at that time If you have any questions please do email us at any time.PopularCollections.com

I accepted this as a satisfactory resolutionIt has now been business days, and they have made no effort to comply with their end of this agreement as no items have been shippedAll ordered items to be shipped ASAP via next day air to accommodate this order now being months passed the shipping date that was originally promised Regards, [redacted]

Hello,The customer has asked us to hold on to the order until the back-ordered item came back into stock. It took much longer then expected and we always offered the option for a refund. Eventually when the customer decided that they wanted a refund we canceled the order and issued the
refund as requested. The matter has been settled.PopularCollections.com

It has now been 10 business days, and they have made no effort to comply with their end of this agreement as no items have been shipped. All ordered items to be shipped ASAP via next day air to accommodate this order now being 4 months passed the shipping date that was originally promised.

I find it totally unacceptable that the company refused to offer the refund until after I had to contact teh Revdex.com and then contest the charge via [redacted].  This company plays the system and has no regard for their customers.  They should be shut down.
