Ordered a product 34 days ago. Item said it was shipped 21 days ago. Item never arrived and company is unwilling to
Lift a finger to assist me in locating product. Shipping out another product or refunding my money. They said it’s not there problem and to just wait.
Now company is not despondent to any of my attempts to contact.
Ordered face masks from this company. They do not have the item requested and accepted my payment. When I found they do NOT have the product they refuse to refund my monies.
