Good evening, I am writing in response to case # [redacted] I am the contractor who built the home for this customer, not the agent that sold her the homeShe had a real estate agent representing her from [redacted] She and her real estate agent looked at the property before construction beganShe stated she walked the property and noticed the gully, but did not go down thereShe had the opportunity to do her due diligence before signing any contracts for this propertyI have spoken with [redacted] and they have looked at this situation, taken pictures, and spoke to the customer and her real estate agent in regards to this matterTheir suggestion is not to move the tires, due to the cause of erosionThey have stated they were put there years ago to stop erosion and disturbing them could cause erosion to progressThis customer is not the only lot to have tires and chunks of concrete on the hillside to prevent erosionIf there is any other information you need from me, please feel free to email me at [redacted] or by phone at my office number (804)-769-or cell number [redacted] Sincerely, Michael *P***MPorch Construction, LLC
