This company is a jokeThe partner who manages the business side *** *** is who we deal with for issues, and not only does he not address them but he talks down to us as tenants (essentially customers) via email mind you- like an immature teenage girlThis is a middle aged manOur neighbors do drugs and he has taken no actionThey have broken their lease in a minimum of four ways also with no actionThey do not perform background checks on tenantsI would never recommend anyone to give this company moneyEverI'm currently doing what I can to void our leaseWorst rental experience of my life

This "business" is a complete scam and very unprofessional. I moved into one of their properties on Tuesday May 31 2016, where I paid security deposit and rent, both that same day because I had thirty days to move from my home prior to. I moved my things into the unit and left back out to drop my U-Haul off. When I returned back to the unit, I discovered the unit was infested with bed bugs, roaches and spiders. When I initially did a walk through, it was dark, and a very rushed process. I asked for a full refund within hours after physically moving into the place for which he did not consider at all. I also never signed a least, neither did I have a hard copy of one. He emailed me a Renters Checklist which appeared to be a least before hand. I am now in the process of taking legal action. DO NOT rent from this property company, for you WILL be highly disappointed!
