Outfitters prides itself in providing excellent customer service, excellent workmanship and being able to resolve customer issuesIn this case, when the project was completed and final payment due, Mrs*** did not like the retaining wall blocks that she personally picked out from *** *** and refused paymentShe told my customer service manager she wanted the retaining wall re-done and refused any further communication with myself or my staffWhen the crew was dispatched to remove & replace the retaining wall, her husband called the police and threw us off the property
Currently the finalizing paperwork is being circulated for signaturesOnce I have a signed copy, we will forward for your file

I am rejecting this response because:
Contrary to what
Mr. [redacted] says, there has been nothing amicable about finding a resolution
with Porch Outfitters. Porch Outfitters never responded to the Revdex.com about our
proposed financial settlement when the Revdex.com sent it to him on Oct. 15. On Oct. 17, actions by owner [redacted] and his workers on our property (see the email and photos of the damage sent
to the Revdex.com that day) forced us to hire an attorney to
protect ourselves and our property from him.
