We are extremely disappointed in this complaint, as we have completed above and beyond the services listed in our contract with [redacted] Our contract was with [redacted] , who originally said she was satisfied with the performed workShortly thereafter, her husband [redacted] began contacting us stating his dissatisfactionWe have returned three times on service calls since completing the project per contract, performing additional work not in the original contract in an attempt to satisfy the client’s husbandAlthough he was not part of the contract, we worked very hard in attempt to satisfy him as the spouseIt is important to note that of the $15,we received, over $12,was for building materials and we are still owed $3,in labor We promptly responded to calls and emails through July 2016, when [redacted] began threatening our companyWe never once told the client that we were too busy to finish the jobAlthough we are technically finished per contract and still unpaid $3,000, we have continued to attempt to work with the client to her satisfactionIn our most recent conversation with the client, we told [redacted] we would be happy to fix anything and she only needs to be scheduledGina also referred one of her business clients to Porch Outfitters during this time Our number one goal is client satisfactionIt is unfortunate we cannot seem to satisfy this client’s husband; however, we cannot be threatened via email and phone, by a person not on the contract while the person on the contract has stated that the work was done to her satisfactionWe would like to mitigate the issue but the client and her husband need to come to an agreement about the finished productWe have completed the work per contract and are happy to negotiate a contract addendum with additional material and labor fees if needed

Thanks *** *** Porch Outfitters ***

We are extremely disappointed in this complaint, as we have completed above and beyond the services listed in our contract with [redacted].   Our contract was with [redacted], who originally said she was satisfied with the performed work. Shortly thereafter, her husband [redacted]...

began contacting us stating his dissatisfaction. We have returned three times on service calls since completing the project per contract, performing additional work not in the original contract in an attempt to satisfy the client’s husband. Although he was not part of the contract, we worked very hard in attempt to satisfy him as the spouse. It is important to note that of the $15,000 we received, over $12,000 was for building materials and we are still owed $3,000 in labor.   We promptly responded to calls and emails through July 2016, when [redacted] began threatening our company. We never once told the client that we were too busy to finish the job. Although we are technically finished per contract and still unpaid $3,000, we have continued to attempt to work with the client to her satisfaction. In our most recent conversation with the client, we told [redacted] we would be happy to fix anything and she only needs to be scheduled. Gina also referred one of her business clients to Porch Outfitters during this time.   Our number one goal is client satisfaction. It is unfortunate we cannot seem to satisfy this client’s husband; however, we cannot be threatened via email and phone, by a person not on the contract while the person on the contract has stated that the work was done to her satisfaction. We would like to mitigate the issue but the client and her husband need to come to an agreement about the finished product. We have completed the work per contract and are happy to negotiate a contract addendum with additional material and labor fees if needed.
