A/C company damaged my air handler so much so that the warranty is now void and I am without A/C
On 9/30/Automatic Control Air Conditioning came to evaluate why my air handler had frozen and was leaking water after power was restored after Hurricane IrmaBetween then and 11/08/they came out over times to troubleshoot the issueSometime between those visits they voided the warranty on my A/C by damaging the evaporator coilsFurthermore, as a result of not fixing the water buithere is now mold inside the unit, which was in perfect condition prior to them coming outI have been told by the company that installed the unit that since the warranty was voided by Automatic Control Air Conditioning the entire unit will need to be replaced
Last 5/30/16, I called AHS to request a service on my home a/c (freezing and leaking water)Tuesday 5/31/16, Marc from automatic ac control came, check the inside a/c unit, then went outside, and advice me that my a/c is freon is lowI asked him how long it will take him to fix it, to minutes he saidMy reply was "hold on, I will aske my wife for go signal"The service guy went outside while I was waiting for my wife to give me a go on fixing the a/c, I saw the service guy outside, adding freon on the outside unitAfter to minutes, the service guy charge me $(to 4lbs of freon, and service charge), which I pay with debit cardAt around pm, my step Dad, arrivedAnd saw the service invoice from a/c repairAt around pm the a/c was frozen again and the water is leaking tooMy Step Dad, told me that freon charge is not necessary because a/c is freezing, he then look into the drain pipe, and found out that it was clogHe took a hose and blow the drai
