I do not see any communication by sales rep and Mr[redacted]. It is our policy and enforced by parts that keys are never to be mailed/shipped to a customer. This is for the protection of the customer and ensure it is going to the owner of the vehicle. This is also to ensure there are no issues with the key. Once the key leaves our possession we are no longer responsible however in most cases with parts there is a manufacturer warranty. We do apologize that this has taken this long to come to some form of resolution to accommodate the customer. It appears sales was unaware of the situation.
