We are completing the purchase of a second car from Porsche of NashvilleShame on us We put down a 40% deposit several weeks ago on a vehicle that we plan to pick up at the factoryWhen we went in to pay the balance we were told that unless we signed an agreement to let them share our personal information with anyone they choose we could not purchase the carTheir finance manager was very rude and insulting We have dealt with this dealership since Their service department is the worst I have ever encounteredThe last time we took our car there for an oil change, they neglected to put the car back together properly and my wife ended up stranded on I until a tow truck arrived

I originally put a deposit down on a car before arrival and then the dealer refunded Gentlemans agreement/first right of refusal wasnt honored As a porsche enthusiast who owns a rare [redacted] gt3rs , a orange gt3rs and even a transsyberia, I was made aware that a rare black spyder edition porsche turbo s was on its way in soon(the next 4months) ***(sales guy) suggested I put $down on the car to COMMIT and ensure delivery of the car I did and was told that it would be November or December Within a few days [redacted] states that ***(the general manager) would not take a deposit on a speculative car that is not here yet So they refunded my moneyAt this point people know I want the car: ***(gen mgr), ***(sales guy), [redacted] (sales guy) and [redacted] (service manager) and even [redacted] Technician) [redacted] calls me Sepetmber in the afternoon to state the car has come inHe makes ni sense of urgency to me that the car would not be mine to have first right of re

Ours is a long story...but basically, we ordered a Macan S from this dealership and put $downBy the time the car arrived, I had a number of issues with the sales staff...not answering my questions, not returning my calls, etcNothing major, but cumulatively quite annoying when you are about to spend $70,on a carI made my frustrations known in an emailI received one back from their general manager requesting I call himWe took the night to think things overThe next day, as I was in clinic all day (I am a surgeon), I sent an email requesting that we finish our transactionI received a reply to call him, and then an email informing me that he was terminating our deal and returning our deposit! They sold the car out from under us and wasted months of our time! Deciding to purchase a new Porsche was a very big decision for my wife and I, one that was at least years in the making for usWe have been car enthusiasts our entire lives, and this purchase would have been a landmark moment for usNobody needed to sell us on the car...we were excited, motivated buyersMy wife's father has owned Porsches for the past yearsWe were hoping to enjoy this processFrom a simple thanks after ordering the car to prompt acknowledgement if not actual response to emails and phone calls, these deficits contributed to a less than satisfying buying experienceAnd now this!!!! Throughout, not a single real apologyThey were sorry we felt this way, but not sorry for anything they did! To potential customers, think about whether you want to buy your $70,000+ car from these guys and get this kind of experience

We have dealt with this dealership since 2001. Their service department is the worst I have ever encountered. The last time we took our car there for an oil change, they neglected to put the car back together properly and my wife ended up stranded on I 65 until a tow truck arrived.

Ours is a long story...but basically, we ordered a Macan S from this dealership and put $1000 down. By the time the car arrived, I had a number of issues with the sales staff...not answering my questions, not returning my calls, etc. Nothing major, but cumulatively quite annoying when you are about to spend $70,000 on a car. I made my frustrations known in an email. I received one back from their general manager requesting I call him. We took the night to think things over. The next day, as I was in clinic all day (I am a surgeon), I sent an email requesting that we finish our transaction. Deciding to purchase a new Porsche was a very big decision for my wife and I, one that was at least 30 years in the making for us. We have been car enthusiasts our entire lives, and this purchase would have been a landmark moment for us. Nobody needed to sell us on the car...we were excited, motivated buyers. My wife's father has owned Porsches for the past 35 years. We were hoping to enjoy this process. From a simple thanks after ordering the car to prompt acknowledgement if not actual response to emails and phone calls, these deficits contributed to a less than satisfying buying experience. And now this!!!!

Throughout, not a single real apology. They were sorry we felt this way, but not sorry for anything they did! To potential customers, think about whether you want to buy your $70,000+ car from these guys and get this kind of experience.
