Review: I brought my [redacted] to the dealership for routine oil service on September 2, 2014. When I returned later that day to pick up my car I noticed that the rear cargo divider was broken. I brought this to the attention of my service advisor who informed me that the divider was not broken by the service mechanic or any other employee at the dealership. I then met with the Sales Manager as well as the dealership's General Manager. They both agreed that the part was, in fact, broken while in for service and that it would either be repaired or replaced at the expense of the dealership. As of today, I have heard nothing from [redacted] Silver Spring in this regard even after a number of conversations with the the Sales Manager, Mr. Michael D[redacted] or the General Manager, Mr. Jim G[redacted].Desired Settlement: Either fix the part that was broken or replace the part.

Response:

The way that we left it with [redacted] was that we would search the various used auto parts websites and try to find a black used working rear cover for his [redacted]. We were unable to find a used one but we were able to find a new rear cover from Germany. I have communicated this with [redacted] who is very happy. We will either deliver it to him or he will pick it up.

Sequentially discovered repair work had been done to vehicle which was not disclosed to me at time of purchase neither reported via certified [redacted] report, upon discovering non-reported damage and their inability to obtain financing for vehicle I returned vehicle...Paid $125K however dealer would only refund me $104K. I lost $21k on a vehicle I had for only days or so...Desired Settlement: I would like to receive either a full refund of the $21000.00 or a vehicle valued at the number...
