To Whom It May Concern, We received Mr. [redacted]’s response to our response to his complaint. While we do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused him in the course of doing business, we do not feel we should compensate him monetarily for this incident, as he suffered no monetary damages as a result of this incident. In the course of our business as a recruiting firm we make daily contact with candidates through the job board Monster ( as well as other job boards) to gauge interest in positions with our clients. We can only engage with these candidate if they have an active resume on one of these job boards or are already in our database. Mr. [redacted]’s resume was found on the Monster website, and his qualifications were in line with what one of our clients was seeking, so we reached out to him about the position with our client. Clearly this was an unwanted solicitation of Mr. [redacted]’s services or he didn’t fully understand that the role we were attempting to fill was with one of our clients and not directly with CSI. 1) CCI Agency rep requested a resume. We provided an automated response notifying the client (agency) that we will send a resume ASAP and serve as proof of receipt2) We acted in Good Faith by send our candidates resume (4-6) depending on whether its a BA, QA, or PM role which I'm usually the only one qualified for based on certification requirements. 3) In our Resume submission, we included a caveat, clearly stated, that we expect the agency to also act in good faith and update us or the candidate on the status of their interest within 7 days. This protects me or my candidates from schemes and lets us know if the agency is credible with a true opportunity or are they just 'phishing'  (the activity of defrauding an online account holder of financial information by posing as a legitimate company, which is illegal under the CAM-Spam Act of 2002 as well as the State of GA Statutory Citation Law Ga. Code § 16-9-109.1 ) for resume examples as we have been victimized in the past. 4) This $35 charge, which was clearly stated in our resume submission email text body is to protect both our investment in the submission and the agency. and to cover the cost of my resume.  I have not been compensated for this resume as of 06/15/2016 and we find it appalling that the agency (CCI) are making an accusation of misuse of a website, which has not been affirmed by anyone (?) since I submitted my personal resume (being the only qualified candidate in my pool). Let's not lose focus here that the agency is in VIOLATION of US Federal and Georgia State law as phishing, under the CAM-Spam Act of 2003 and Georgia code:Ga. Code § 16-9-109.1 This complaint is outstanding now and our next step is to contact FL and GA Attorney Generals. To Whom it May Concern, We received the Compliant ID [redacted] by Mr. [redacted]. We take these matters very seriously, but we are a little confused as to the exact nature of the charge. We are a recruiting firm that routinely uses the job board Monster to identify suitable candidates for...

positions with our clients across the country. Often we send outbound e-mails through Monster to attract viable candidates. We are truly sorry if this caused confusion or unwanted communication for Mr. [redacted], and we are happy to do whatever is necessary to make sure he is satisfied with his experience with CSI. Furthermore we are reviewing the format of these e-mails to make sure there is a proper remedy at hand for prospective candidates that wish to “unsubscribe”.
