Port-Air Heating and Cooling

On 9/19/2019 the contractor from port-air heating and cooling came to my home to install a return and to intall a swoop in the plenum. The return was done ,but when he worked on the plenum he cut the plenum which is causing it to leak air in the basement and making it hotter than in the house. I have contacted him on numerous occassions to correctly fix the problem. He was out here and the problem is still not resolved. I have been calling and texting him he said he would come out on a certain day and he never comes out. This is a on going issuse and it is dragging out too long.
